Our $69 Home Check service includes:
We visit your property when you want, according to your schedule.
We will walking your property in and out, including out-buildings.
We look for storm damage. Fallen trees, damaged gutters, eaves and such.
We look for deer, raccoon, etc. damage and signs of mice and rats.
Check windows and doors.
Check utilities and appliances.
We check for old food in the fridge and throw it away.
- wet laundry in the washer and dryer.
- dishwasher to see if it needs to be open, or if there are dirty dishes left.
We look in the bathrooms and check the water.
We'll check the thermostats.
We'll take a picture of your water heater.
And other details specific to your home.
Photos and email report live from your property.

We also do package handling,
And TRASH hauling after you leave.
We charge $30 for package handling and $30 for a dump run, plus the disposal cost.
